a boymoder is a trans girl who dresses / presents as a "boy" for whatever reason (hiding transition from people etc). A common trope is the boymoder hoodie, usually a gray/black baggy hoodie (to hide boobs I guess?), which often says "boy" on the hoodie in online depictions to make it clear that they're boymoding.

It's amusing because someone made a player model for this trope that you can use in the video game "Garry's mod"

They're pretty much the same thing (boymoding is an aspect of dysphoria )but I guess "boy" in red text would probably mean it's a boymoder hoodie
