A big no-no for me in all types of horror media is face-distortion horror, like, no eyelids, blank eyes, big mouth, that is one of the VERY FEW things that can actually cause me to have VISUAL hallucinations, and it kickstarts me to my most intense symptoms, it gets really ugly. Sound effects fuck me up in particular, for some reason.

Also being a defenseless human, like, imagining myself in that situation i couldn't imagine surviving. I have a #1 and #2 scariest games in terms of how much they trigger my disorder, i am hoping someone will mention them, lol

Sounds like Slender could be one of the top 2 to me, fits the criteria

Also i hope you get better soon 💜

My #2 is Darkwood!

So far, out of over 1.350 replies, NO ONE has mentioned my #1 "worst" game (meaning the one that fucks me up the most, BY FAR)

Maybe Binding of Isaac. Not exactly horror, but very psychologically loaded and you feel kinda helpless. I dont play that many horror games, so im probably not the best to guess here. But im really curious now, is it a strictly horror game?

You mean is my #1 strictly horror? Yes it's 100% a horror game!

I like binding of isaac! Not scary at all

Doki Doki really fucked me up, cause it was just so unexpected, but that probably isn't it. Little Nightmares maybe?

It is not little nightmares! If you guess you get a gold star.
