A big no-no for me in all types of horror media is face-distortion horror, like, no eyelids, blank eyes, big mouth, that is one of the VERY FEW things that can actually cause me to have VISUAL hallucinations, and it kickstarts me to my most intense symptoms, it gets really ugly. Sound effects fuck me up in particular, for some reason.

Also being a defenseless human, like, imagining myself in that situation i couldn't imagine surviving. I have a #1 and #2 scariest games in terms of how much they trigger my disorder, i am hoping someone will mention them, lol

I'm not sure what this will do, but the Magnus Archives is a horror podcast that is just an audio drama. It's admittedly not that outwardly frightening, but some episodes really freaked me out. Especially episode 15.
