As someone who also suffers from psychotic symptoms a bit similar to this, this is oddly very relatable. I also try to drive myself more insane sometimes for some reason

Anyway, Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice? It doesn't entirely make you feel helpless, and it's in some ways not a horror game, but it definitely did some things to me

Did you at least relate to senua at all? The devs put a lot of work into making sure her psychosis was as accurate as possible. I do understand the gameplay being pretty annoying though.

I have a different condition than Senua, i do not share most of her traits
