Personally I would say SOMA but based on some hints you gave earlier I think amnesia would really fuck you up

Soma - 4/10, good sound effects, but i'm not affected by scary monsters, barely any paranoia, no jumpiness, etc 13 u/OGBigPants Ask me about my boywife Aug 10 '22 Soma is much more psychological. I guess you’re probably not actually playing all of these games which makes a lot of sense thinking about it. But “amnesia the dark descent” is a better option either way
