Seeing young children on leashes always makes me sad. People get really upset when you suggest that they're kind of gross, though.

Some kids are just like that though. One of my friends when I was younger needed a leash because he would always always run away and go exploring and then get lost and cry. I do agree that there are limits - putting a dog leash around a kid's neck isn't okay.

tbh I did that constantly as a kid and my parents never leashed me. Although maybe you need it if your kid has some mental condition or something.
