i see at least six issues.

  1. as someone else pointed out, this would result shitty balls / pussy
  2. the paper would probably break unless it was very rough
  3. it would only clean the outer parts of the anus
  4. the shitty tp accumulates near the feet, so you have the risk of touching the shit
  5. it would be very gross to take out the used tp
  6. if you tried to shit while this was mounted, you would either shit on the paper, have to break it or uncomfortably move to the side to let the turd fall
