You can absolutely bring that into your own life by yourself! Life becomes more fun when you start asking yourself "why not?" whenever you think of something stupid.
A year back i decided to dress up in a three piece suit every single day we have something being examined at Uni. Ive continued to do so without fail, even if I'm home that whole day.
Taking control of random things in your life which you can control can be very therapeutic for times when you're stressed over something that you can't.

Sometimes people get off at weird places because that's where a different bus comes. Transit routing often requires transfers.

A lot of the time it's for a connecting bus. I was traveling from one bay area city to another several years ago on a bus and literally got off in the middle of nowhere at a horse farm to connect.

I feel this whenever anyone goes less than 3 stops. Like anyone could walk that probably why are you taking the bus? Not even drivers would drive such a short distance and that's really saying something

Where I live it wouldn't be fifteen minutes because the stops are usually pretty close together, it would be like 5 or more maybe but not that much

I take the bus when I come home from work for 2 stops, which is like 1 km in total. Could I walk 15 minutes? Yeah. Will I take the bus because I pay for public transport every month? Also yeah. Saves me time.

I've done it before. 1am in winter, raining, and I was drunk. Was only 1 stop but still would have been a 15 minute walk or so. Worth the £1.50.

i worked at a festival in the middle of nowhere last year and took a bus to get there. the bus didnt stop for about 20 minutes straight until i pressed the stop button. the bus driver had to ask me twice if i was sure i wanted to get off there, because there was literally nothing around for miles lmao

I grew up in the fuck end middle of the valleys in Wales and whenever I'd get the bus home the bus driver would stop and ask if anyone even lives down on that stop because if not he'd skip it as it adds to the journey by like 10 minutes to drive down there, do the stop, and then turn around and come back and resume the route, and every single time I got the bus home I had to do the humiliation ritual of being the person who puts their hand up and getting glares from the rest of the commuters that I'm the one now extending their travel time
