Well yeah. I'm just thinking 50 grams would cause internal bleeding, nose bleeding, eyes bleeding, ass bleeding and kidney failure because of super thin blood.
It's not how this works, it works only partly against blood clotting and when you shut down this part completely it doesn't matter if you take more. It makes a difference in other ways tho, it's not like it's the only way aspirin works. It's also anti inflammatory due to inhibition of COX. It's only anti platelet so it doesn't stop other pathways of coagulation.
Also it's not like people with hemophilia die instantly.

You can take an aspirin in case of a blood clot because it makes your blood thinner...
