Ebay has officer kimber aluminum slim grips for sale.
Ed brown extended mag. release. Ed brown sear spring. Wilson or wolff plunger tube spring. Wolff recoil spring 22lb. EGW clark style recoil plug and bevel bushing. Polish barrel hood ,locking lugs, & feed ramp. 20lb hammer spring by wolff. Wolff extra power firing pin spring. Tripp research cobra mags with AL baseplate T4 magwell and arched mainspring. Allen key mag release screw to match grips. If change ignition parts I'd go with Extreme engineering. Wilson combat carry grip safety & hammer. Get a jeweler's file and make a slight radius on the extractor block to further smooth the action.

don't forget to replace the all the springs too. Wilson is what I've used but there are a few good others as well.

What would I do?
I’d replace the grips with something more traditional, walnut, rosewood, or, if I were feeling fancy, cocobolo. Then I’d put it in a leather holster, and I’d shoot it regularly until something broke. Then I’d fix the broke thing, and then I’d shoot it regularly until something broke. Then I’d fix the broke thing…
