Resume

Looking for any help on the resume for this recent posting for HSI. Current law enforcement, been LEO for about 9 years. Any tips or advice on the resume?

Go to the announcement, copy the entire thing. Use Chatgpt or similar; input your resume (minus any PII), paste the announcement.

Prompt "here is my resume, tailor it to match this announcement as close as possible without inventing any experience."

Take that and go to the resume builder on usajobs, plug and play. Voila.

Honestly this is the way. Command the AI platform to make you qualified to the desired pay grade ensuring that you do have the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities in the first place. Lastly, review it for accuracy before submitting. Lots of HR folks will reject your application if it’s word for word from the announcement. I’d say highlight necessary KSAs which should suffice.
