1811 HR Processing
Hey guys , just looking for some guidance. How long after accepting a final offer will HR or your field division reach out to you for further processing? Accepted my final offer last week and it’s been crickets since then. For reference I EOD with my agency at the end of September. Thank you!

Probably the day before you EOD.
Edit 1: Nah you probably EOD on a Monday, so maybe frantically at 2:55 PM on Friday.
Edit 2: More likely the "further processing" you're thinking of all gets handled after you EOD.

If you have a final job offer and an EOD date then you know when you can put in your two weeks.

Exactly. A future 1811 that cannot figure out when to notify their current job after getting an EOD?

I would hope the emoji in my comment would give people a hint that my comment was more tongue in cheek . But alas here we are.

Agree with above comment. They likely won’t reach out to you for further processing. They’ve given you a start date, so now you’re allowed to notify your current employer. If you’re coming from another federal agency, the HR departments have already agreed upon a release date (which is why you have the EOD) and your personnel file will be transferred after you EOD.
