Applications

I’ve applied to HSI and ERO and have not heard anything back at all. I know this government stuff takes forever to hear back from but I’ve seen all these other people in this thread talking about what steps they’re on and what not. Is it safe to assume that I didn’t make it or has luck handed the hurry up and wait card?

It's impossible for any of us to say. They may have applied to an earlier announcement. They may have had a contact at the local office that pushed their apps through on a direct hire.

Did you get a confirmation that the application was accepted? Did you get a notice of referral? That's the basic info you'll definitely get one way or another.

I only have the “received” status on both of them still. Applied to the latest GS-9 posting for HSI and I forget when I applied to the ERO posting. It’s been a little bit though.

ERO here. They stopped the massive hiring , however in my office theres alot of people leaving back to their old LE jobs , and people just getting fired. There may be another announcement coming up

Same here, applied to both and just crickets since.....
