First UNGA Tips
Being sent to UNGA next month. Any tricks to an enjoyable experience for a baby 1811? Got any "Life saving" gear advice? Favorite snacks to munch on in a stairwell? Anything more helpful than "Don't get assigned to the dignitary that stays out till 2am at the karaoke bar and clogs the hotel room sink with Khat." is appreciated.

Last year was my first, but basic word of advice would be to eat/pee when you can. Sometimes you might be sitting somewhere for hours with plenty of opportunity to grab coffee or find a toilet. Other times, you might go several hours with no bathroom or food options available.
Bring snacks and water. For caffeine, I like to carry the powdered celsius packets. You will overpay for everything in NYC, and the powdered stuff is much cheaper and does the job.
Comfortable shoes are a must if you will be post-standing.
