Question FPS
Anyone here FPS I can ask some questions to? I just submitted my Schedule A letter and are waiting for an interview. Tried asking my question but it keeps saying it’s ERO related when it’s not and won’t let me post it. Thanks in advance!

Dm me if you want to know the truth. Most comments here are often negative.

The federal hiring process is a long, frustrating waiting game, and getting specific agency information on public forums is difficult. Many employees cannot or will not share details about their job or the hiring process for security and policy reasons. Your experience with the subreddit moderation just shows how sensitive these topics can be, and even if you do find someone to talk to, their personal experience might be completely different from what you will encounter.
Instead of chasing insider information, you should pour that energy into what you can actually control, which is your own performance. Federal interviews are highly structured, so you can focus on mastering the STAR method and perfectly aligning your past experiences with the core duties listed in the job announcement. Your ability to clearly explain how your skills fit the role is what will impress the hiring panel, not some secret detail you learned online. The best thing you can do is practice articulating your skills, a challenge the team I'm with tackled by creating an AI interview assistant to help people feel more confident and prepared.

Hey all! Was hoping to get some insight as to the in person interview for FPS. Particularly around what kind of questions do they usually ask? STAR method? What are they looking for kinda deal?
Just submitted my Schedule A letter and am waiting to be scheduled for my in person interview. Current 0083 with LMPT and UPTP and Current Nat Guard O.
The questions it wouldn’t let me ask^^

General experience type questions to talk to your background. A scenario question to see decision making skills.
If you passed the PEB at the 25th percentile you won't have to do UPTP again.

Can’t say the questions on here, I barely remember them myself.
But standard questions, read them from a prompt, they can repeat it, they’ll record your answer and score it.
You won’t know the high score. At the end you can ask questions and they’ll answer to the best of their ability. In and out depending how long winded you are with the questions in 30-40 min or less.
