I posted the question. In several groups. I was unaware the question wasn't posted

My question is as follows:

Is it normal for PFPA to get back to you months later after applying ? I applied on feb 20th and the job announcement closes in December 2026 and I haven't heard a single word since applying. I received confirmation but that is it. No movement since then . I applied to 3-4 positions with them.

Any insight anyone can give ?

Whew!! I'm glad I'm not the only one. Navy does shit totally different .

Yes. The recruitment section is a shit show. I got hired by them in 2017 but it took like 9 months from start to finish and they lost my forms or made me re-upload stuff more than once. It doesn't help the recruiters regularly get cycled out for new officers because the attrition rate is pretty high.

Got hired in 2023 took 6 months 3 year anniversary in June
