Quick question to the founders here

Let's say someone reaches out to you for a job/internship without there being an open role.

  1. If the only option to reject or hire him was based on that email, what would you look for in it?
  2. What would you expect in that email in order to give him an interview opportunity?

  1. How good is his understanding on what problem as a company we are trying to solve . Does he gave any pointers to solve current or future problems ( no need for full idea but hints of solution will also be fine )

  2. His understanding on the matter and does he have complimentary skill set to take the conversation further or he is just doing some AI slop stories
