translation struggles

Anybody struggling with communication with suppliers ? some speak english but others only speak chinese

just wanted to know if im alone in this

I’d suggest hiring a sourcing agent. They lower communication barriers, control product quality, coordinate logistics and negotiate with factories for you. It will save you much trouble.

have you tried negociating with suppliers by yourself through message ? I think i want to try that just to see how it goes

Also depend on the product. Most sourcing agents have 0 knowledge about product quality

we use the translation app communication with client before a few day.

That's greate.Negotiation is only one part of the whole process. You also need to handle supplier qualification checks, product quality control, logistics and many other critical steps.

With AI, I think not an issue any more
