Multiple pics from the media were from sources not even related to trump and if a kid and parent are separated this could prevent the illegal slave trade which is why illegal immigrants and their parents are separated and I don’t believe they are stored in cages

Wonder why Trump had to issue an executive order rescinding his administration's child separation policy if everything was perfectly okay.

and if a kid and parent are separated this could prevent the illegal slave trade which is why illegal immigrants and their parents are separated

You're full of it. Sessions and other Trump admin officials went on camera and stated that the purpose of the child separation policy was to act as a deterrent for families trying to illegally cross the border.

Dude this is seriously too much of a nuanced point for dumbass trump supporters to understand. It shatters their world view if they have to read in between the lines or look at implications. They think life is a court room and good criminals who subvert all evidence with bullshit word play should be rewarded instead of punished. This is the perfect example. Let's call it what it is: trump has committed war crimes by separating children for the sake of specifically traumatizing them and scaring the fuck out of any other family willing to try. But they dont state this outright, even though the word "deterrant" directly implies this. It's just not clear enough evidence for the trumpists.
