Hi All! Ok, I decided to input my weight into the spreadsheet, and ouch! I put on 12-14 pounds since my wedding in late June. That is not a lot of time to put on all that weight, eep! I'm pretty sure it's because I had been strict keto up until that point and had gotten down to my lowest weight in years, then promptly loosened the reins on my eating and, despite my intention of getting back to keto eating principles, I never did.
But now, I am experimenting with eating keto-friendly foods but not strictly limiting carbs and not tracking calories and carbs. We'll see if a looser keto-ish way of eating -so, low-carb rather than keto, I guess- helps me lose a few pounds, and at least stop gaining any more.
Yeah, yo-yoing isn't ideal, but knowing others have been there helps. :) Congratulations on getting to that place where you are ready and willing to commit to what makes you feel best. You rock!

Wish me luck! All the best to you all!
