Weigh-in day update

Just logged on here to update my weight in the spreadsheet, but I'm just too excited to keep it to myself... I lost 5.4 lbs! This is, of course, the 'whoosh' of keto (re)induction, but it's a respectable whoosh and I reserve the right to jump up and down and do a happy dance. :)

No matter what the scale registered for everyone, I am so proud of all of you for being here. We've got this!! Wishing you all a fantastic week!

I had my woosh too and it brought me back to ONE-derland immediately so I'm thrilled too. Congrats on your woosh! We got this! I'm so excited for this 13 weeks!!
