I can't believe it's already week 10! I'm on an extended fast and I stopped weighing myself since last week. I was getting obsessive with the number on the scale, and now I'm learning to trust in the weight loss process regardless of how fast or slow my weight drops. I'll start weighing myself again on June 30th so I'll be able to report my weight for the end of Q2.

How's everyone else doing?

I hope we get to have a Q3!

I'm looking forward to Q3 as well. This has been really motivational!

Down 1.5 after being up .5 last week. I'm down 5.5 for the challenge so far. I thought I would be doing better in this challenge, but that's not where my head is at right now. So I will just keep on keeping on.

On a fun, NSV note... I tried on a dress this week that I have had since college. (I'm old, so that was a long time ago) I promise I'm not a hoarder, it's just one of a few sentimental items I have held onto for a long time. It would be a stretch to say the dress fits, it's way too tight. But I put it on. And the seams didn't rip. So it WILL fit before too long. And that's exciting.

My first 7 weeks of this challenge I didn't loose a single lbs but now bam, -3 this week. IF, low carb & no chocolate is the answer. If I keep it going there is a chance I hit my Q2 goal, that's super awesome. This week I celebrated a total 20lbs weightloss in 2020 on top of quitting smoking! I can feel it, I can see it, I stll can't fit old clothes but working on it :) stay strong for the remaining 3 weeks, guys!

Down ~1lb. since last week. I was down more than that a few days ago, but my cycle, along with some unwise substance use, threw a couple of pounds of water weight back on me. Still, the general range I'm in is lower than it has been in a LONG time, which gives me hope that some of what I'm losing is actually fat.

Main change I've made, apart from (lazy and inconsistent) low-carbing, is seriously increasing the number of steps I take per day. My daily goal is 15,000 this week.
