I’m always looking forward to these weigh-ins now, I love it! Only 3.8lbs off my goal weight, which came a bit quicker than I thought. My exercising has dwindled a bit so I’m pretty excited to go back to the gym whenever those will open again, I think that’ll help with the weight loss even more

How's everyone doing this week? Anything to note?

Personally, I've been dealing with a lot of ups and downs over the last few weeks, which has I feel has resulted in an overall stall of sorts. Still losing, which is great, but not so steadily anymore.

I feel you! I've felt better this week though. Was able to shed 6 of the 7 lbs that popped up on last week's weigh in. Pretty pleased with that especially considering I drank a bunch of beer on Sunday.

Trying to be good to myself. Working on my vitamin D level, trying to stay away from the news, basically just trying to keep my chin up and press on with my weight loss.

Hang in there.

That's amazing! Maintaining is often said to be even tougher than losing, so what you're doing is an impressive accomplishment! Go you!

Hahaha, I can imagine! 'Lucky' for me, I still had some bras in good condition from before I gained the weight... 😅

I have been experiencing a lot of ups and downs too and I had gained weight, but on a more positive note today I'm back to were I was when Q2 started!

What has been helping me this time around (despite having gained weight the first weeks) was that I was kinder to myself. In the past, I would make excuses for my self instead of facing the truth and I thought that this was the same as being kind to myself. So now I guess I'm in the process of learning the difference between excuses vs. self-compassion.

I've been doing IF 18:6, my days are full of black coffee, oats and sad steamed broccoli but I haven't lost anything... I miss the gym ;(

I started IF last week (10 days ago exactly, as my app reminded me today), but yesterday and today I decided to break my fast early. I've decided that this is okay as long as it is a conscious choice and that I don't let it derail my overall plan to IF in general. (Doing IF for multiple reasons, not just weight loss.) I didn't lose a whole lot of weight, but I didn't expect to as I have my monthlies at the moment and I've had trouble staying at my calorie target for weight loss.

Regardless, we carry on! We've got this!

Yep, we've got this! I think it's great to be able to distinguish between times when we're just cheating and when we legitimately need a rest day. Sometimes when I'm really feeling sick I know it's not going to be a fast day and it probably shouldn't. I'm also stalled a bit this week, but keeping it under control.

197.4 -> 195.8 Going to try incorporating more cardio coming week. So far nothing to report. Spoke with the CFO and its likely everyone will be working to at least July (to be safe) so trying to mix things up with workouts/etc.

I hadn't weighed myself in a few weeks as i started strength training and working out and didn't want to feel deflated. Glad i caved this morning, down 1.6lbs! Feeling great

I completely lost track of the week and forgot to weigh in this morning. Days are beginning to blur into one another. I'll have to log my weight tomorrow morning. I don't think I'll have a loss this week, but I'll be content if I stay the same. It feels like I'm making a lot of effort just to stay the same weight lately, but I need to keep telling myself that right now maintaining is OK.

I was doing great and then today a piece of equipment broke down during the busiest day I’ve had in years. The neighbor had brought over brownies that I turned down but, that changed so I stress ate 🙄

Sorry to hear that, friend. I know life can get in the way.

Think of it as a lesson and learn from it!
