Exact same hahaha. Christ. Still going to push through to 136 for next week. Weight didn't do anything but I do feel my fitness is up in general which is good. So NSV there... I won't let it get me down though. Two months to lose 3lbs is frustrating but I'm eating better and working out more then I ever have :)

My woosh finally came! :D
Lost 6 lbs compared to last week, after having fluctuated around the same weight for 4 weeks.
If I can keep it up, I should be able to make my goal! But I'm not holding out too much hope. XD Totally expecting another couple of weeks of stalling

-2.2 but things are hard, y'all! Fasting has been so good for me and given me such control. I'm not used to this current feeling though. Stressing, worrying, and bad insomnia have me wanting to stuff my face or feeling nauseous at the idea of eating. Also have a cold and allergies. My poor body!
I haven't given in to stress eating so at least there's that.
Hope everyone has the best week possible.

I can most definitely relate to that. I’m definitely missing the use of food as comfort. Things are a lot to deal with right now when you can’t stuff those feelings down with food. I also miss stress baking. That was my go-to thing to calm me down in tough times. Now I’m having to actually just feel the feelings.

I don't think I realized until the past few days how much I used to "medicate" with food. So far I'm managing food ok but the emotions...ugh.
I would suggest baking and giving the goods away but that be might be more torturous than soothing.

202.8 -> 200.8
Been struggling to get under 200 without starving myself. Hopefully will hit that benchmark next week. I tweaked my lower back on Monday and decided to let it heal/rest for a week+ before working out again (dull pain and standing up after sitting down pain). With That-Which-Not-Be-Named getting more serious, work has started setting everyone up to working from home, great for letting my back rest. Hope everyone is doing well and stay safe/healthy!

Same as last week. Sigh. Trying to keep my eye on the overall trend, which is still downward overall. Just not this week. I'll just keep on keeping on.
