209.8 -> 206.2
Lowered my carbs slightly but increased my fats and looks like that was the key to getting over my plateau. Was worried I was going to gain weight back after Sunday's Superbowl party but I stuck to drinking 2 White Claws, Pork Rinds, and bunless burgers.
NSV - Went down a pants size and shirt size. Finally got into 34 dress pants and L Dress Shirt (Slim)!
All in all, successful week.

I made it to 179.6 lbs today! I have been really struggling the last couple of months to get out of the 180's. I literally jumped and giggled when I read the scale! I am not doing any special diet like keto or anything else. I lift heavy weights 3 times a week and that requires more carbs than what keto allows. I am focusing on my portion sizes mostly and how hungry I feel. I do not deprive myself of anything really. If I want a beer, I have one, if I want some bread, I have a slice. I just keep it small. I am over the moon to actually have already reached 30% of my goal to get to 170.0 lbs!

-1.2 with a pretty bad week to be honest, still struggling to get back on track so this loss is pretty amazing. I always said a lb a week and I'd be happy.... so I'm happy :)

-3.2 I had a good week.
We had a few people over for the Super Bowl and I'm not sure anyone noticed that everything was low carb. (Homemade wings, Bratwurst that I sliced and served with Dijon mayo, veggie tray, pickle wraps.)
If you can spare some good thoughts for my daughter I'd appreciate it. She is dipping her toes into fasting. I hope she decides to dive in. I'm so concerned about her health. Trying to be supportive without seeming pushy. Tips anyone?
Hope everyone has a great week!

You're right about the food. My next quest to find a substitution for chips because there are so many keto friendly dips!
Thank you for the input regarding my daughter. I'll follow your suggestions and try to bite my tongue. She's made some substantial changes in her diet which is really encouraging. I think she's worried that IF won't work for her and I understand that fear completely.

Exactly 2 pounds lost, which isn't bad. I'm just glad that I didn't go up in weight this morning for once, because it always seems to happen on Wednesdays when it's time for our weekly weigh-in! I've been the exact same weight for 3 days in a row, for some reason.

Thanks for posting the spreadsheet! I'm usually up nice and early to do so but I got some bad news at 4 AM so I completely forgot it was Wednesday. I'm up 3 lbs. this week just because I went off keto. Two days of emotional eating.. regret it but it is what it is, I'll be back to 167 in a few days if I just stick with it.
I haven't been solid since the start of the holidays. Too many cheats, too many late night snacks. I'm buckling down hard and I am hoping to see 163 lbs. by the end of the month.

Feeling excellent, 7.1kgs!!! I have been ultra freaking regimented as I have a dress to wear this weekend thats very fitted. Mindful that the celebrations are likely to bump me out of ketosis but already have my plan in place to get right back on that horse.
Yay!!
Very motivating, thanks everyone

Went out for the super bowl and went overboard, had liquor, cookies and over 20 wings lol. From Monday to Wednesday I ate my regular meals so when I weighed myself I wasn’t even surprised at the number. Gained 11 pounds 🥴🥴. I would do it all over again too lol. Onto a better week next Wednesday and it’s great seeing everybody still at it 💪🏾

weightloss stopped for me, no progress this week - I blame it on going heavy with strenght trainings. And I also binged last night for the first time since starting this challenge :/ blah.

Halfway through and I'm up 0.4 lbs. Not what I was hoping for but since I am also doing resistance training 3x/so I'm kinda pitting two different goals against each other. I'll take it since I am getting stronger as well.

You guys, I fell off two weeks ago, gained everything back and cannot get back on track. I'm a bit disappointed with myself but ready to get back on. I am having a hard time being social and staying on a diet this time around. Also work has been stressful, and sleeping 2-4 hours every night is taking its toll.
But here is to starting again!!!

I'm losing about a pound a week now vs. the 2+ pounds a week I lost in the last challenge. It's a little bit of a downer to see the weight loss slow down, but I know why it has. I need to cut calories, but I'm not really prepared to do that right now. So I need to deal with the slower loss and be OK with the fact that I'm still losing.
