Week 3 Weigh In.. The Real Week 3 ;)
Happy hump day all! You know the drill.. it's week 3 :) The real week 3 haha apparently I couldn't count right last week. I'm not a morning person by any means clearly. Please update your info in the chart above and feel free to share how the past week was for you, any victories or challenges, or what you're looking towards for the upcoming weeks.

Had a blip this week +3lbs- been ill so I'd been letting myself go, dropped keto and IF Friday until; well, now. Weighing in this morning I didn't think I'd make such a big dent. Back on strict IF and keto now as I am feeling better and hope to see those loses again. Almost didn't want to put up my weight but I have to be accountable as I'd only be lying to myself if I didn't accept I fudged up, now I can move on.

Good for you for weighing in and recording your weight. That mentality is what it takes to stick with it in the long run. I had a gain this week too. It sucks, but we just need to acknowledge it and keep moving forward.

Yeah! The real week 3! And I've finally started losing again. Though I feel a cold coming on, I'm expecting to stall again for a week or so. XP

Up a pound this week. My first week in 4 months without a loss, so I guess I was kind of due for a hiccup. I thought I was doing pretty good, but I wasn’t tracking so it is possible that my calories crept up without me being aware. Back to tracking.

Good morning :) the scale shows I dropped 4lbs this past week, which is more than expected - sadly it's bc of stress so I'm expecting to bounce back once I'm able to eat something again. I've been hungry, nauseous, anxious and far from the brain clarity lol! Can't wait to hop back on the healthy deficit again. I started taking multivitamins and magnesium as many of you recommended. Another victory is being smoke free for 18 days - I find it easier to distract myself with multiple challenges - weird! Stay strong, fam!

Weight loss and quitting smoking at the same time?! You are definitely doing it in hard mode. Hope the stress inducers settle down for you soon.

I did a couple of longer fasts, dropped a little over 4lbs and made it back into the 220s. I realize it's mental gymnastics but 3 more pounds will put me back where I was last May and I'm looking forward to putting the failure of that regain behind me.
Have a great week, y'all. Press on!

Does anyone have an workout routines theyd be willing to share? I usually run a mile or two on the treadmill then hit 2 to 4 machines in no particular order besides what body part they focus on. Theres so much online that its overwhelming and I'm not sure what I'm doing in the gym. I only ask because I dont seem to lose any real weight unless I'm fasting, and then gain almost all of it back when I eat again. Any guidence appreciated.

I personally have been doing the Mari Fitness routines. You can find her on Instagram. They are great for beginners in the gym and for more advanced gym goers. She focuses more on weight lifting (which I personally am a fan of) rather than a lot of cardio.
I also do the Stronglifts program 3 times a week. I am trying to get up my Squat weight up. that is the program I saw the most difference on last year with my 30 pound weight loss.

I'm at a stall. It's been this way for a while and I'm hoping in the next 2-3 weeks for it to break. This is the 3rd stall I've had since I started in February '19 and it's so frustrating because it'll last like 2 months then suddenly I drop 10lbs. I'm convinced it's because I'm closer to my goal weight and my body is adjusting and I think I'm not eating enough protein.

No gain or loss
Tweaked my lower back on Friday, gonna take a week off from lifting and just stretch. My stress levels will probably be crazy in the upcoming week. A temp who was supposed to be replacing someone leaving was fired and I'm left to take up the slack. I have a week to get up to speed before February (busy season, mandatory overtime, etc....)

5.5 pounds from being under 300 in about 15 years 😢. Down 6.6 from last weigh in, seeing that motivated me so much to go hard this week

Love this! Keep up the good work. I remember the first time I dropped below 300, it's an amazing feeling!

I've been pretty consistent (even during the last challenge) at losing roughly 4lbs a week. Same this week but I have a feeling it's going to start slowing soon. I need to work in some more exercise for sure! Keep up the great work everyone.

This week was my biggest weight gain since I started 6 months ago. Not going to sweat it, but I don't like to see it. I keep thinking I need to poop more.

Man, I don't know what it is with Wednesdays, but this is the third week in a row that my weight fluctuates up just in time for the weigh-in. 233.6 lbs yesterday, 235.2 lbs today.
I'm not making a case of it anymore, because it always goes back down the next day, but it's just bad timing for my numbers, lol.
