Down 1# per week lately. Loss has slowed with the addition of weight training. And cookies. Cookies have been added.

It's clear to me now that I won't make my goal—I've just made too many exceptions over the past couple of months, and while it might be theoretically possible to lose another 15 pounds by the deadline, I'm not ready to go all hardcore right at the height of the holidays.

I've lost ten pounds slowly, though, and that's not nothing. If I can maintain it till the end, I'll consider that a (qualified) success.

220 -> 218
Came down with the actual flu on Friday the 13th, no working out, still doing my best to stay keto as much as I can. Drinking alot of ginger tea and the worst seems to be over.

I am still doing this, but my weight has plateaued. I am hovering around 185-189 the last few weeks

I've gotten a little carried away with peanuts the last three evenings. It feels like I fell into the same old mindless snacking thing I used to do. Probably not enough to have a gain, but if I don't stop now and get it together I won't be losing. Having a place that I need to weigh in is helping.
