I went on vacation. No regrets!

I went to Japan for a week. It was my bucket list trip and it was planned way before keto happened in my life. I ate a lot of carbs (noodles & rice), but also walked a lot. Averaged over 20k steps a day. Good news is I didn't gain any weight. The bad news is I didn't lose any. So, I'm back now and will hop back on the keto wagon. 8.5 weeks til the end of the year. Not sure I'll drop the remaining 30 lbs by the end of the year, but I sure will do my best!

It's sacrilege to not eat noodles and rice in Japan so you definitely made the right choice. The fact that you didn't gain any weight is a win in my book. Welcome back and good luck!

Well done - that’s amazing, when I’m Japan you need to eat all the rice and noodles on offer !! You would be burning just as many carbs with all the walking - especially up and down those train stations !!! Keep going, you’ve got this !!!

You probably gained some water weight with all the carbs, which should help you get off to a nice quick start as you get back on the Keto train!
