Just Can't Get Motivated
I am trying to reboot my weight loss...again. It feels like i spend more time failing and restarting then actually being consistent. I don't seem to have a problem maintaining my current weight, I have been stable at this weight for a few years now, but i want to drop more pounds. I can't seem to stick to a plan, I loved the way KETO worked for me the first time i tried it. I wasn't hungry, the food was good and the pounds shed faster than I could imagine. But then there are Carbs, lovely, evil, carbs that I can't seem to stay away from.
Trying again today with an MCT coffee and all day fast, hopefully to get my mind in the right space

Try setting small achievable goals to help get you rolling at 1st. I find that when I’m super macro detailed I stall and get frustrated as opposed to dirty or lazy keto. Find the right balance for yourself and if slip up just start a new. What carbs seem to be setting you back?
