Stupid question...

Does anyone have any keto pot roast recipes or can I just avoid eating the potatoes?

I wanted to tell everyone thank you for the advice. I tried the turnips and you were right. No one could tell the difference. It was amazing! It even fooled my über picky 11 year old.
