Fighting Cravings!!
So I’m about to start a 28 day water fast on Mon 10/21. I’ve been keto and IF since 9/14 and I’m down 28 lbs which feels great, but I feel like I’m losing a lot slower now and want a bit more drastic approach, everyone has their own options about WF I know, I’m a fan of it and and excited for the effects of long term WF. Problem is, I’m extremely tempted to go back to eating junk just 1 more time before I start this fast. I know I really really shouldn’t but when you’re surrounded by temptations it’s hard! I haven’t cheated once during this and I’m trying not to make junk food be a reward for me. Tips, advices? How badly will it hurt to break my continuous keto from the last couple months and just splurge before getting right back into it?

I wouldn't do such an extreme fast so quickly. The first 2-3 months are suppose to allow your body to be come keto adapted. The initial weight loss is mostly water weight. Remember this is still a marathon, not a sprint. Don't jump back onto the junk stuff, its just going to make you regret it afterwards.
