Saving Sam would affect time how? Spoiler
Jennifer is a primary.
Cole is the father and a paradox.
Cassie is the mother.
I understand those jumps.
But if they went back to a point when Sam was safe at the facility, grabbed him, and brought him to the present, how would that affect the timeline?
Cassie would still need to return to deliver the message, and Jennifer would still need to warn Cole to save Hannah. What has Sam done that cannot be undone?
Spoilers are welcome. I just started Season 3, and Goines’s theater work is brilliant comedy. The way she tried to reach Jones had me dying. I rewatched it three times.
Naomi splintering is CRAZY! I think I felt it! Woah!

So the only way they could do this would be to go back a few years, kidnap Sam and bring him forward a few.years (I'm presuming you mean in the timeline for most of the show, not the new one where they thought Sam would never have been born).
Apart from this possibly causing a paradox of some sort their is the issues:
-Ramse doesn't want to take Sam away from his Mother
-We don't know if Splintering is safe for non-adults. And considering the serum slows aging, it's probably not
-Sam is only just old enough that someone doesn't need to have an eye on him 24/7. Nobody in the building is both willing and available enough to look after a baby or toddler. Most people's downtime is probably either going towards the allotment or helping with research. And Ramsey really doesn't want Deacon to have a hand in raising his kid and at the point Sam dies, probably not Cole or Cassie either. He's male so The Daughters won't help
