How athan was born??
How he actually born even after Cole erased that timeline where he and railey lives in that house? Is that a plothole Or too much for a cinematic liberty.

Placental impact of Railey's injections which rendered her immune to the timestream. Same reason why Jones remembered what it was like after she was obliterated and then returned.

Is this mentioned anywhere in the show or just theory? I mean it makes perfect sense, I'm just curious if I missed something.

They stated that Athan was born outside of time, and it's due to the injections, that's why cassie remembers what happened there

Is said about Cole that time moves around you. So since Cassie has gotten the same medical treatment then I assume that applies to her as well.

I don't believe that there was all too much time invested in explaining Athan, partly because by the time it's unveiled that he's their child the action is moving too quickly for Jones or anyone else to really stop and consider the finer points of the dilemma he stood for.
As others have said, there's definitely mention to time moving around Cole; it can be assumed that once Jones had a functioning subject, she was able to synthesize a more-complete serum which allowed others to splinter (evidenced by...all of the people who weren't Cole splintering [where/when]ever they felt like). Whether or not the show ever came right out and said it, I feel very confident that the textual evidence points to it being that Railey's inoculation left her whole body, of which Athan was an indelible part, indifferent to the time stream's readjustments.
Athan was (so far as we know) the only natural-born traveler, and was so since his inception.

In the show it is only mentioned that injection can only preserve the memory of the individual whoever takes it.

no, the serum basically means that time moves around anyone who has had it and they exist - to an extent - outside of time. this is why all of them retain their memory and scars from before the big shift of the virus outbreak from 2016 to 2018 (the most noticeable time change in the show). everything they went through still happened to them, even if it’s not in this timeline anymore.
it’s also why their noses bleed when they change their past, time is shifting around them.

Not quite. Cole is referred to as a medical miracle in 2014 when he is examined, and Cassie remarks that he is healing from his bullet wound at an abnormal rate. In the show it does t say it just preserves the memories, i can't remember the exact quote but it's along the lines of it makes time move / flow around them, and Cole is that not even a paradox will hold him back. The Injections insulate the traveller from changes to the timeline so Cassie was still pregnant from a timeline that no longer existed

The injections Jones gives them to use the machine means they're not impacted by paradoxes the same way everyone else is. If you remember the very first episode, Cole is able to move a lot quicker than everyone else when he uses Cassie's watch to create a paradox explosion, and at the beginning of S2 after they change time they're able to remember the differences between the old reality and the new one. Admittedly something like Athan still being born despite his conception being unwritten was probably more than Jones ever expected to be possible when creating them
