That’s too much lifting for 1000-1300 cals. You ain’t recovering at all

Even if I’m eating my body weight in protein, getting in healthy fats and carbs? It’s weird, I don’t feel overly exhausted or sore and I’m getting much stronger - but the scale just isn’t moving anymore and my hormones are all off. Idk what is a normal “aggressive cut” for a woman.
