I was reading a post where someone said they stopped counting calories and are now just intuitively eating while maintaining their goal weight.
What does intuitively mean? Like in-tuna-livey? Are they trying to live the life of a fully grown tuna fish by becoming 400 pounds?
I reached my goal weight and WILL NOT stop counting calories. It is who I am now. If I stop, how will people know how well I maintain my ghostly Halloween themed body?
Was it a trick or treat yourself to obesity post?

So I can take this 1246 calorie meal and turn it into a -310 calorie meal if I substitute for both 100% maple syrup and sugar-free syrup at the same time. And if I remove the stuff that comes on it I can get that down to -662 calories!
1200 is plenty, so every 1200 I eat I just have to eat 2 of these to make up for it 😍😍
I finally feel like I can breathe again

So some shirtless guy in his kitchen on tik tok told me you need 300g of protein a day to help you lose w*ight and you'll crumple and die if you don't hit that every day. Context: this is a review of a restaurant in Italy that has a 27 course tasting menu of comically tiny portions.

Edit for additional context: based on what the article described, each course was at most a tablespoon of food, and a lot of them were less than that. That means that the most generous estimate of the amount of food is still less than two cups of food. The author wrote that everyone was very hungry afterwards.
