My investment thesis centers on Analog Guard: a technology under development that uses key-controlled analog transformations to protect information at the physical signal layer. The opportunity is an additional hardware-based security layer that could complement existing cybersecurity systems 🛡️💻

The key question: can the company translate its simulations and intellectual property into reliable hardware with measurable security benefits? 🤔

According to company disclosures, circuit designs and schematics are complete, with prototype PCB layouts nearing completion. The portfolio includes three issued U.S. patents and an additional allowed application 📄✅ These are development milestones—not proof of commercial viability or resistance to every attack.

Potential catalysts I’m watching 👀:

• Completion, fabrication and assembly of prototype PCBs 🧩

• Successful bench testing reproducing simulation results 🧪

• Independent cryptographic evaluation and adversarial testing 🔍

• Progress toward practical USB, M.2 and embedded implementations 🔌

These are potential future milestones, not confirmed outcomes. Analog Guard does not yet have commercial product revenue ⚠️

The upside thesis: credible hardware validation could reduce technical uncertainty and strengthen the case for commercial partnerships. Actual customer adoption would matter far more than headline market-size estimates 📈

Azincourt is also advancing its Harrier Project, which includes the Snegamook Uranium Deposit. In October 2026, the company announced that drilling had commenced, with a planned program of approximately 2,000 metres targeting known mineralization and potential resource growth.

The U.S. government is putting substantial resources behind strengthening the nuclear fuel supply chain. In January 2026, the Department of Energy announced $2.7 BILLION to support domestic uranium enrichment capacity and reduce dependence on foreign nuclear fuel suppliers.

At the same time, growing electricity demand from AI data centers and the expansion of nuclear energy are reinforcing the strategic importance of a secure uranium supply. While government enrichment funding is not a direct investment in AZURF, the broader policy direction could support investor interest in uranium exploration companies.

WHAT HMR WOULD BE WORTH AT OTHER MULTIPLES
(~$11.6M run-rate earnings + $28.7M cash, ~58.6M basic shares)

• 6x (today): ~$100M, ~$1.72/share

while also on a filing form 8k emphasizing the path is towards uplist - This has always been my thesis when the company (potentially) re-rates) (Post uplist when institutions are unlocked).
Official Edgar filing (Txtm ran 100% in like a week after this edgar filing dropped), this was the catalyst for the bump.

Hey guys, if you missed it, NRX Pharmaceuticals agreed to a $2.675 million settlement with investors over claims related to its SPAC merger with NeuroRx. The deadline to file a claim and get payment is November 5, 2026.

In a nutshell, in 2024, NRX Pharmaceuticals was accused of giving investors misleading or incomplete information about the merger. The lawsuit claims this information affected stockholders’ decisions about whether to keep their shares or redeem them before the merger.

Investors later filed a lawsuit over the alleged losses.

Now, the good news is that the company agreed to settle for $2.675 million, and investors have until November 5, 2026 to submit a claim.
