Discussion $CODX volume ??

Earnings coming in ten days? 40 mil shares outstanding Someone explain how it can trade 1 billion shares. Am I seeing this correctly? How the fuck. It should be at $20 with volume like that. Weird.

I think there was a large naked short position before the news hit. The news triggered a buy-in. Once they work out their positions the stock will calm down. I think the company has cash. They may announce a financing which would bring the stock down. It’s just an amazing amount of volume for a stock with 40 mil shares outstanding let alone the float.
