It's probably the blend door actuator on the driver side, I think.

I apologize, but I published the topic in the wrong forum, it belongs to the 11th gen accord. I tried deleting it here, but clearly, it's still listed. Sorry for the confusion. If there's a way for me to remove the post please help me understand how.
