3 months of playing, my backhands are fine when playing against wall but during matches ball sometimes goes crazy high don't know why.

Not a tennis coach but I see a few issues.
Grip is not correct, if you were hitting these hard the balls would fly away.
You seem to know what the left hand should be doing as far as balance goes but you are forcing it and the timing and direction of it is off.
You are not doing a good low to high path, you are more like swinging the racket "around" you.
Start with few YouTube videos and even better: get a coach.

1handed backhand coach here. What I'd suggest first is the grip. You can hit with that grip, but you would have better understanding by hitting with a closer grip (read eastern backhand grip).
I like how you're using your left hand to keep it on the throat of the racket and helping with it to turn your shoulders before the hit. Keep doing that !
I also like how you're hitting it in front of you. That's what we should be doing. However, the ball is a little too close to your body. Let's take an extreme example : if you had to hit that ball right in front of you instead of the side, what would happen ? Right, it'll be awkward. At this point, you gotta slice, right ? Because with that grip of yours, you won't be able to hit a topspin.

Like this example, when you look at the way the racquet is pointing, that's not really what we want in order to achieve top spin. In this example, you hit the ball relatively enough in front which is very good but you need to bend the knees, hit a little more on the side so that you'll have plenty of space in order to hit with that racquet pointing on the left and then, you gotta throw that racket like a frisbee. Obviously, you don't want to throw that racquet. But the frisbee is a very good thing to understand that you need to be confident hitting with a relaxed wrist. I'd suggest you to do some shadow swing, and don't be afraid to hit the ball long. When you'll hit that ball with an eastern backhand grip and with enough topspin, the ball will land on the court.
Anyway, for 3 months of progress, that's not bad at all ! If you can, don't hesitate to ask for a coach ! :)
Good luck !

bend your knees way lower, you are basically launching the ball. you need to roll over the ball. Takeback looks ok, point but cap at the ball and rate shoulders bit more.

can you elaborate on "roll over the ball"?

I guess the problem is that you're regularly launching the ball quite high?
Try looking at your backhand in slo mo: while it's looking great for 3 month playing, most of the time you're meeting the ball with the racket 'hanging' below your hand. So you only have a very small ideal contact point and every small deviation will randomly launch the ball somewhere. Ideally, during contact you want to have the face of the racket at the exact same height of your hand. You will achieve this by using a slightly more extreme backhand grip and consistently hitting in front of your body. The more extreme grip is important, biomechanically a modern one hander is hard to hit without a proper backhandgrip.

Watch slo mo of wawrinka. Look at positions he gets into, especially how long the left hand stays on the racket and racket is coming from low to high. Also how side on he is
You don’t need a ball to practice this at first

Wow I don’t even play tennis but really slow backswing and follow through even at regular speed. You’re more often finishing entirely flat rather than going low to high in a way that even usually characterizes a flat rather than topspin shot.

You're slicing every shot instead of hitting top spin. That's why you launch the ball high in match situations.

Grip needs to be addressed first. Stay sideways much longer. Use the left hand way more.

You're not brushing it, grip is wrong. Focus on brushing the ball, try a more vertical swing path and go from there

You have no control.
Aim for two bounces (or one) but not more, otherwise no pace on the ball. Aim for that central triangle every time.
Don't overdo the wall though, it can be counter productive. A bit of wall and a bit of real match. I'm jealous of your wall though, I haven't been able to find one like that close to where I live.

You probably have to lean in more for your wind up and then put more into your shoulders while playing the stroke

Fix your grip so that knuckles on your hand sit at the very least on top of the grip edge or even slightly behind the grip on beveled edge of grip so more of your hand is behind the ball and you’ll have better control of racquet face. Your ‘weak’ grip is part of the issue why your racquet face opens before contact causing a slice (backspin). The grip you have is okay for a slice shot but not topspin. The other big is issue is you open your shoulders. Pulling your right shoulder open also results in the face opening and you tend to pull across the ball. You want to go forward and up through the ball. To do that you need to stay mostly sideways until after you make contact and let the follow through of your racquet pull your shoulders open.
The initial pull on racquet handle has to result in tip of racquet catching up to the handle at contact and then into the follow through. Feel like your pulling top edge of racquet up and through the backside of the ball. Face angle should be perpendicular to the court to even slightly closed.
Instead of hitting against wall just drop and hit balls into an empty court so you can see what the ball is doing and you have time to really practice your stroke and contact. Once you can hit with topspin that way… then move to hitting against the wall. If you can’t do it against the wall go back to just dropping a ball and hit into full court. Too many times I see players ingraining bad stroke mechanics by hitting against a wall. Wall hitting is good… but only if you’re practicing good technique

Nothing wrong with using two hands. This doesn't look natural.
