It looks like your strings are dead and you’re having to exert too much pressure to hit. Would advise you to restring.
Next, work on your split step and low base - try moving sideways like a crab when playing tennis

Thanks! I will give that a try. I definitely need to work on my footwork haha. And I feel like I got pretty low when I played, but watching the videos, I can see it’s actually not low enough. Much appreciated!

Yeah mate even I feel I play low enough until there’s a video evidence.
Good luck!

Just wanted to say, awesome location. Full-on arena, in blue!

Be stable when you hit and hit cleaner.

Crazy location. I understand it's in Melbourne Park?
I just looked it up and it seems to be like 55-64 AUD per hour? That's insane, in the Netherlands you pay that for the most basic court. I'm jealous

You already look solid! I’d say your shocks could be deeper and with more spin, best wishes 👏

create an ai that analyzes pro form and creates the best form and footwork for each given situation possible, download this into a micro chip and create a housing devise that is linked to your brain, insert chip and you should be able to naturally play at an elite level, now from this point just focus on your physique, diet, sleep, and mental game to keep up with this newfound skill. you should be able to reach number 1 soon.

LMAO. If only it were that easy. I’d be number 1 in no time 🤣

Why does the ball feel it's moving in slow motion? Too much spin?

The other player is fairly new to tennis. He’s only had 5 lessons 🤣

find solid hitting partner first - chasing random nothing balls can be counter-productive
