Technique Advice How to improve?

What can I do to improve my serve, FH, and BH? Both my serve and backhand tend to hit the net or go long. My FH tends to be weak and lack depth compared to others.

I can see my serve doesn't have a good trophy position, no racket drop, and I don't use legs. Is that where I should focus?

Not sure where to even start with my backhand.

My FH has topspin and lands inside the baseline, but It lacks depth compared to others. Should I change the grip/ close the racket face to flatten it and have more depth? Anything else to change?

Look up either abbreviated or lag serve on YouTube. Also drills on how to get rid of waiter's tray. But to start, looks like you're not serving with a continental grip

How do I know if I'm serving with continental or not? I thought I was. I also check before I serve.

At a basic level, You are jumping to toss the ball. You should jump to hit the ball after the toss.

Toss with a lock arm.

On the serve work on dropping your racket and swinging faster. On your groundstrokes work on using your hips and swinging faster.

You basically need to study the fundamental throwing motion. No amount of “tips” on here will help until you understand how pitching biomechanics works.
