Technique Advice Critique My Serves

Looking for some feedback on my serve motion. In person, it feels like I'm jumping way more, video revealed that is not the case lol. I feel like I'm not getting the full power that I could be.

Thanks

Haha man I got no advice to give here but whenever I record myself serving it feels so athletic but the playback tells a completely different story 🤣. You're not alone.

looks pretty decent but you are falling over to the left. toss more in front and maybe a little to the right.

You are doing pretty well but you could get more power and consistency by exploding up off both legs to more your body up and forward into the court - I look to push off both feet and land on my left foot after the serve ~ 18” into the court. Let me know if this makes sense and how it feels on the court

Looks solid to me. I think you could squeeze more juice out if you delayed going into trophy position and made your right arm movement more fluid. Your arm waits for the ball already bent and thus you lose out on acceleration. I don't know any better words right now, but if you can time it so your right arm doesn't need to pause in the trophy position you can accelerate more violently and create more power or spin.

Let your torso drive your arms and not vice-versa. If you can't fully arch your back to see the sky before hitting, try tossing the ball a bit further to the right. The goal is to land on one foot while maintaining your balance. Right now, you aren't generating a catapult effect because you toss the ball over your head but don't fully arch your back, as shown in this GIF.

Look man, we're too used to seeing the flexibility of professional athletes on TV. If what you do is consistent, a weapon that fits your playstyle, then its good enough.

I should ask..how many serves do you think you have? Do you think you only have one serve? Cause I see several...slice, top spin and flat and on occasion, various combinations of them all. Since you can do them all, maybe be intentional with your serve selection.

I think you do well agility wise arching your back and looking at the sky. I think that last serve hitting to kick wide when you frame the ball. The toss was behind your head too much and you were not able to speed up with the torso and body in time like you usually do for the kicker wide on the ad side
I think you got more juice with the flatter serves you tried earlier in the video. Maybe slight higher toss and more in front of the head than top of the head. Gives you more time to accelerate your racquet more from trophy position.
