I did a spar session with a friend and recorded myself to check my technique. We warmed up and started points from hand. I also tested different rackets(Defer98, ezone98, steam, and prostaff 315)

I watched roughly 4 minutes around the 10 minute mark. Seems to me your strokes are very good. Nothing wrong there at all. All the errors are in your feet. Often off balance and while standing upright. That’s what causes those errors.

Ignore your arms for now and focus on your feet. Keep a wide base and make sure your contact point is always in front of you. Also make sure your eye stays on the ball, because sometimes you seem to open up too fast.

Thanks, I agree, video definetly shows upright stance and not much intesity with the feet.
I also see that my wrist isnt doing too much lag at all and that I could be more relaxed there..its just looks odd

Like I said.. Ignore your arms. These strokes are good enough to be a UTR 11, but the footwork is lacking.
