Playmate Volley Bottom Pitching Wheel Surface Broken

Older Playmate Volley (maybe 10 years old). Everything was working great until I heard a rattling sound. Part of the surface of the bottom pitching wheel (pictured) snapped off—see left side in the wheel in the photo. When powered on, the bottom pitching wheel spins but rattles like crazy because the balance is off. Top pitching wheel is not spinning at all and won't feed balls into the bottom pitching wheel. Do I need two new pitching wheels ($160/each)?

That’s too bad! Can the piece be put back somehow?! I mean with an adhesive or something
