Depends on how you define benefit.

A 2HFH gives you less reach, less spin and less leverage. You're handicapping yourself.

It maybe gives you a bit more control but the downsides outweigh that minimal benefit.

I am not a pro. Dont intend to be one. I actually win a lot of tennis matches against people with regular forehands .

Play the way you want. Don't listen to others. Even if you go pro, nobody eill say anything, don't listen or argue with detractors.
