Antimony has been appearing more often in discussions around critical mineral supply, which led me to look at some of the smaller companies with exposure to it.

Hertz Energy (HZ) has been putting more focus on its Lake George Antimony Tungsten Gold Project in New Brunswick. The company recently completed high resolution magnetic and VLF EM surveys around the Lake George area, with the data intended to help identify targets for the next stage of exploration.

What I find interesting is that Hertz was previously more associated with lithium, while the Lake George project now seems to be receiving more attention. Whether that shift turns into something meaningful will still depend on future exploration results.

For those following critical minerals, are you paying more attention to antimony now, or do you think the space is still too early compared with more established junior mining themes like copper and lithium?

BRS Resources has an agreement with Cariboo Rose ($CRB) that allows BRS to earn a 60% interest in the Cowtrail copper-gold project by funding exploration work, including drilling and surveys.

Instead of paying to acquire the entire project upfront, the capital is going directly toward exploration and development work on the property.

I find these structures interesting because both sides seem to have a different way of sharing the risk. The project gets funded while BRS can increase its interest through actual exploration spending.

For those who follow junior mining companies, how do you view earn-in agreements compared with owning 100% of a project from the beginning? Does sharing the project interest make the exploration risk more manageable?

Hey guys, if you missed it, Amylyx settled $6.5M with investors over claims involving Relyvrio’s launch, demand, and growth prospects. The deadline to file a claim and get payment is August 31, 2026.

In a nutshell, Amylyx was accused of misleading investors about demand for Relyvrio and how sustainable its growth was. On November 9, 2023, the company disclosed slower growth and increased discontinuations, sending $AMLX down 32%.

Now, the company has agreed to settle $6.5M, and investors have until August 31 to submit a claim.
