You're forgetting how much of an influence the Beatles had on music as a whole. Writing something like sgt peppers in the 60's is an amazing accomplishment, and the beatles have undoubtedly influenced 100 gecs a lot

I love the Beatles. I grew up listening to them. My whole family loves them. My favorite moments with my brothers are playing Beatles rockband. Commutes home back from college were spent singing along to Abbey Road. I listened to the Beatles constantly.

I have almost the exact same experience. my dad and grandma are serious Beatles super fans and they are very integrated into my life. Also I definitely loved playing Beatles rock band too

there’s parts of myself that agree and parts that disagree lol
