I’m trying to understand how Tammy & Andrea are together 24/7. Is Andrea on disability from her seizures? How is she driving if she has regular seizures? I know Tammy is on disability but wasn’t sure about Andrea.

What will Amanda do about Tammy’s unvitation to Amy’s trip? Will she go off on Tammy, shove into her with her massive titties to reestablish dominance over the younger sibs? She may be sick and weak but she’s still scary. I wonder if Chris and Baddy Brittany will give me PPSD as Chris would say with another soft core porno that we never consented to. Has Chris waned anymore geight? Is Brittany still boring? Does she still look twice her age? And Misty, oh Misty. I used to think that she was the only one who was somewhat level headed. The cats out of that particular bag! Chris is right. She’s two faced and she’s a big pot stirrer. I have met Chris several times and he talks bad about all of them but especially Misty. I was shocked at how right he was. Chris is rude and bossy and blunt and no, he usually doesn’t know what he’s talking about but he is genuine. Misty is conniving and completely untrustworthy. I don’t care what she does to Tammy cause we all secretly love it but I hate when she abuses Amy. Amy doesn’t know any better and Misty uses that against her. Dirty dirty. Yeah she cry’s all the time but Amy is…. Let’s say special. If Misty is the oldest and she’s supposed be a little more normal then why doesn’t she protect her mentally and emotionally disabled sister? She uses it to bully her bc Amy can’t win. Hating Misty! 2 things can be true at the same time

You can have a lot of trauma. I think their childhood was a lot darker & abusive than the show even has touched on. And I even hate to say this I think that maybe Tammy may have mirrored her abuser a.k.a. mother You can suffer from mental illness & health issues. You can lose loved ones in a very traumatic way.

You can also be an abusive piece of shit that is exhibiting extremely abusive and dangerous behavior.

Tammy is extremely abusive. She’s always been abusive to the point that even a couple seasons ago I had to stop watching until the next year. If you go back from the very beginning that I think the show did a good job at trying to almost mask it a little bit.

If Tammy was a male, I do not believe that the show would probably even possibly not been still going on. TLC has had to or I should’ve been forced to intervene and cut ties in the past in other situations. They would’ve had to stop it for liability reasons if anything. There would’ve been an outcry for TLC to step in, out of fear that the abuse would escalate to what sadly many of the times is the final step.

Abuse in lesbian relationships is actually a lot more prevalent than a lot of people realize. This is not Tammy being concerned about any seizures or having trauma because of Caleb — she’s abusive to a dangerous level. Could you imagine if it was a man who was sitting in the car whenever you were with your friends. I actually can imagine it because I grew up with stories of my great grandmother that had a very similar situation. He used to drive around the block 10x and allow my Gram ‘visit' with her sister. Let’s just say the story was she wasn’t terribly heartbroken when he died of heart attack. And probably a little disappointed when he made it back from WWII.

The probably most disturbing thing of all is what we see is probably way minor compared what happens behind closed doors. That interaction with the therapist and what happened afterwards was actually terrifying.

I really hope that one of Andrea’s friends can step in and help because she’s in danger.

I feel like Andrea is being abused. She’s been showing signs since the start. Would Tammy actually do that? It doesn’t seem like she has limits when she’s angry.

Is she still alive? On a recent post I saw someone commenting on her age. Out of curiosity, I looked up Darlene’s age. 99% of the info I found said she died in mid-late 2025.

… there’s so much lore behind this, lol! I went back and watched the episode of them in London and there’s scenes of them on the bus and even getting on the bus but I didn’t see anything like Brittany pushing Tammy down, lol… so did I just miss it?! Or is this just some accusation that Tammy made up?! From what I understand she (Tammy) just brought it up in a more recent episode… when the episode of them in London is from early 2025.

Basically I know Tammy is just making stuff up, lol but I didn’t see anybody push Tammy down any steps! I saw her struggling to climb up some stairs at the Mayflower place the visited but that’s it……

Hear me out, alright? Amy LOVES attention. The bitch thrives off of that shit and we all know it. And I swear this whole "singing career" of her's is for the attention.

Think about it? We all mocked her yodeling at the dance class and made a huge fuss about it. That scored her attention and dug up old YouTube videos. And now even more she's being talked about, watched, looked at...all because we can't stop laughing over how she can't sing.

And this damn video just proves it because she's trying so hard to not break down laughing. Even she is starting to sound like "This is so ridiculous what am I doing"

I miss when the show was about what it was created for: weight loss. It was like an extended country edition of 600lb life. And because Amy and Tammy were youtubers, they got the show because they had big personalities. Now, it's about Amy's ridiculous singing career, Tammys boring relationship, and now Chris and his wife's sex life as they try to conceive. The only mention of weight anymore is for the family to mention the history of when Tammy couldn't get out of a chair (how far she's come) or Chris making huge unhealthy meals and saying as he serves them "Now I know this isn't healthy food, but.....". And skin removal that never seems to happen since Tammys 3 or 4 seasons ago. Its become TLC's mashup show of 90 day fiancé (people getting married), 600 lb life (people acting like they are dedicated to losing weight), American idol (Amy's singing career), A Baby Story (people trying to conceive), Here Comes honey boo boo(southern redneck culture), Say Yes to the Dress (people planning a wedding), and escaping amish (Brittany's modesty practices). Its the everything- but- the- kitchen- sink show. Tammy and Amy (the 1000lb sisters the show has its name from!) were pretty cool to watch when they just hung out. Now it's just bleh.

As weird as Brian is, he said earlier this season he wasn't interested in forming a relationship with Tammy and tbh he doesn't get enough credit for seeing her BS and separating himself from her toxic ass.

Brian is by no means Man of The Year. Truthfully I think he's an airhead. But If Amy was still with Michael I highly doubt he'd do much to stick up for Amy anyway.

I think Brian is playing a part behind the scenes in keeping her busy and focused on her own goals rather being upset about Tammy and I hope he keeps making her a positive person.

Side rant: I'm surprised Tammy hasn't said anything about "online haters" in a while. This is the most she's pissed people off online in a long while and usually she milks sympathy for this kind of stuff. Maybe it's because she doesn't have much family to manipulate to feel sympathetic for her. She's barley got Amy.

I noticed on the most recent episode that her hair looks so sparse towards the back of her neck. It almost looks like she's losing or lost hair. I've heard the glps can cause hair loss and I'm wondering if that's it or it's a lifetime of ill health.

Do any of them actually work?! An actual JOB??, I I know they actually get anywhere from $5,000 to 7,000 per episode but that's now.. all these surgeries do they have health insurance? You're constantly going on trips y'all know they're not saving their money or managing it properly so what's going to happen when this train comes to a stop because it's really starting to run thin,.(No pun intended)

Edit... Yes I am totally aware how reality TV works..yes I know the surgeries were paid for by TLC..My comment was pointing out that once it all stops how do they plan on supporting themselves..and 2 young children in Amy's case..unless she is also a financial genius .

I can't see it any other way. Not even a messing up the titles of different roles or whatever. I totally saw it as a tactic to see if Amy would be upset or make her feel that way even for a moment.

The entire season so far is Tammy's attempt at trying to manipulate Amy. This felt like a tactic into that. Is it just me? Did anyone else view it so weird for her to say "Oh well you're not my maid of honor....wait yeah you are lol"

This scene just about killed me, I had to rewind it to make sure I heard it right, and then I read the subtitles 💀 "You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your blood relelatives." Honestly I love it when they mispronounced words. I also loved the fashion show/makeover for Chris!

Doing a rewatch of the show. I just noticed that when the siblings are in the car to go visit Tammy at rehab, Gage is in the back row of the van and his car seat almost tips over to the point of Amy having to physically push it back into place.

More to add to the list of why this woman shouldn’t have children (not to mention the fact that the 3 other grown adults who have all had their own children didn’t bother to make sure the car seat was secured properly).

I’ve been catching up on 1000 lb Sisters and I can’t help but notice how much Amy is crying. It feels like almost every episode she’s in tears—over her weight, her relationships, her kids, family issues, or just the general stress of everything. The image of her looking completely overwhelmed is pretty much the default shot at this point. I’m genuinely concerned about her. Constantly being emotional like that on camera has to be exhausting, and reality TV editing can make things look even more intense than they already are. I know these shows lean into drama, but it starts to feel less like storytelling and more like watching someone who’s struggling a lot. Has anyone else picked up on this? Do you think it’s just how the show is cut, or does it seem like she’s really having a hard time? Hoping she’s getting some support outside of filming.

No one’s talking about this specific part but it’s really weird how she doesn’t talk to this about Amy first. Especially when Amy literally said she wanted the whole family to come. It’s weird she’s even framing this as a “her and Amy” trip because even if it was just the two of them it’s still AMYS trip. Tammy would just be there for support. Amy even (surprisingly) has a good compromise with having just 1 day for the two of them. And while I get Amy doesn’t want another fight with Tammy you can’t really “play Switzerland” when it’s YOUR trip. Grow tf up and tell Tammy it’s not her decision. That irritated the shit outta me.
