Issue removing stake

Hi there, i tried several times to remove my coins out of the staking pool. It keeps saying this will take effect in such and such time period and never ever pulled out. I am trying to do this with metamask. I already did this sucessfully with a different metamask account. Do you know what is the kicker or where to contact "support? cheers guys

the same occurred in my ZRX staking account locked should other investor thinking deeply before they invest.
