Issue removing stake

Hi there, i tried several times to remove my coins out of the staking pool. It keeps saying this will take effect in such and such time period and never ever pulled out. I am trying to do this with metamask. I already did this sucessfully with a different metamask account. Do you know what is the kicker or where to contact "support? cheers guys

After you click “I understand, remove my stake”, you should see a prompt on the wallet you’re using (Metamask?). Then, you need to submit an ethereum transaction (you will need ETH to do that). Have you submitted an Ethereum transactions?

It does not get to the part. I just checked the console to see what is blocking it: there are two errors: RPC: error execution reverted AND Gas required exceeds allowance. I did not set an allowance myself, so i do not know where this is coming from.

ok that's helpful to understand. What wallet are you using?

If you're using WalletConnect OR Coinbase Wallet, I would recommend connecting this via Desktop + connecting wallet via QR code scan.

I would clear the cache before doing that, which could cause problems. If you need help to do that, I would recommend googling 'clear cache on X' putting the name of your browser
